Exaktime and Quickbooks

We use Exaktime for time tracking and import that data to QB.  Recently, our hours have been showing up with 5 decimal places.  This data appears in paychecks and in payroll summary reports and in labor reports.

Does anyone else use Exaktime with Quickbooks?

Does anyone know how to limit the decimal places on time in QB?  The Company Preference Time Format has no effect on this problem, nor does placing or floating the decimal point.

Any suggestions?

thank you,

PHH

Re: Exaktime and Quickbooks

Welcome to the Intuit Community, PHH.

I'm here to help you get the support you need to correct the time format in the QuickBooks system.

Since you've already reviewed the Time Format option under the Preferences window, you'll need the help of the third party's support. The data synced with QuickBooks will depend on the information provided by the third party program. They have the ability to review the setup when integrating the program to QuickBooks.

Let me know if you have additional questions about the integration. I'll be happy to help.
