My Zip Pay deposits in my bank account have no record to reconcile with.

My sales receipts don't show to reconcile when i click "Find Match". The sales receipts value and the zip pay value are different. Since Zip deducts a fee before depositing the the value to my bank account.

Welcome to the Intuit Community, mugsinc.

Thank you for being part of the QuickBooks family. It’s my priority you can seamlessly match and reconcile transactions.

Based on the information entered, adding the fee to the deposit will fix the issue. To do this task, create the fee in your account first.

Here’s a link that contains detailed instructions on how to set up the transaction. Make sure to proceed directly to the Create an expense account section.

Next, go to the Undeposited Funds account to edit the sales receipt. Here's how:

  1. Go to Accounting on the left panel, then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Open the Undeposited Funds account, and find the transaction in question.

  3. Click on it to see the Edit option.

  4. On the Sales Receipt page, add another line to track the fee and make sure it’s a negative amount.

  5. Click on the Deposit to drop-down and change the posting account to the correct one.

  6. Choose Save.

Now, go back to the Banking page and match the downloaded transaction.

Let me know how these steps work for you. I'm always here to make sure this issue is taken care of.
