Thanks for joining the Community. I'm here to make sure you're able to access payroll.

 

If you're only subscribed to QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll want to enable payroll by following these steps:

  1. Go to Employees.
  2. Select Set up payroll.
  3. Review and select features and choose your payroll product.
  4. Click on Turn On Payroll Now.
  5. In the pop-up window, click on Get started with payroll.
  6. Enter the information of your business and employees to set up payroll account.
