Enable pop up blocker to align checks

Every time I open the alignment screen I get a pop up error. How do I enable pop ups?

I'd be happy to assist you with enabling the pop-up blocker on your QuickBooks so you can align checks.

Are you using the app version of QuickBooks? If so, here are the steps to perform when enabling a pop-up blocker for QuickBooks Desktop for Mac app depending on your browser.

For Firefox:

1. Select the Menu, then choose Options.
2. The Options window will appear; select the Content tab.
3. Go to the Pop-Ups section and uncheck the box or select the Exceptions button and add qbo.intuit.com as an exception.
4. Select Save Changes.
5. Once adjusted, log out, close Firefox, reopen it & log back in.
6. Try accomplishing the task you were blocked from before.

For Google Chrome:

1. pen Chrome. Select More then Settings.
2. Select Advanced.
3. Under Privacy and security, choose Content settings.
4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
5. Toggle the setting to Allowed or Blocked.

For Safari:

1. Select Safari, then choose Preferences.
2. Select Security at the top of the window.
3. Uncheck the box Block pop-up windows to enable popups.
