Re: How do i reactiveate my payroll service with a keycode?

Hey there, @Albvetnurse,

It's great to have you here. I can share some information on how to reactivate your account.

If you're getting system alerts in QuickBooks, you can re-validate your Service Key through these steps:

  1. Go to the Employees tab.
  2. Choose My Payroll Service.
  3. Select Manage Service Key.
  4. In the Status column, verify if it says Active.
  5. You can also view your subscription status by pressing Ctrl + K on your keyboard.
  6. If the status says Active, click the Edit button.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Uncheck the Open Payroll Setup - I want to start right tick box.
  9. Click Finish.

Take a look at these resources to know more about updating your payroll account to remove your subscription alerts:

If you're getting the same problem after following the recommended steps, it is best to get in touch with our Payroll Care Team. Here's how:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Home Page, then tap the Help menu.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click the Contact us button.

That should connect you to our live support agents, @Albvetnurse. There they can check your account in a secure environment, and can help you with your QuickBooks Payroll subscription.
