I can't go to "Employee " area

I am master admin, I have already login my account QuickBooks , I can go to "bank" area and other area. When I go to "employee "area, the system request me to login again and I enter login ID and password. the system shows fail login in . I don't know what happened.

Let's check if this behavior is caused by a full cache.

 

A cache stores your browsing data so it quickly reloads when you revisit a web page. However, it can cause an unusual behavior in QuickBooks when it's full.

 

To start checking, you can log in to QuickBooks in a private browser. This disables the cache from saving your data and it's a good way to check issues caused by a full cache. If you can access the Employees tab, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If you can't, you can try other browsers.
