I purchased standard payroll today but now when I run payroll and click "Turn on payroll" a blank screen opens and I can't continue. How do I get past that blank screen?

Let's try to do basic troubleshooting to check if this is a browser-related issue. Use a private browser, this disables saving the browsing history and the web cache.

  • Google Chrome: press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works with a private browser, please access your account with the default browser and clear cache. The browser hold onto information which can cause problems over time. It's always a good idea to clear cache on regular basis. Or we can try to use a different browser.
