This solution does not work for me. I am using a computer with settings for GMT -4 but all of my reports are printing with GMT -7. This is inconvenient because my clients will mistake the times printed. Is there a way to set the time zone manually in QBO? It looks like QBO is pulling the wrong time zone for me so I would like to set it manually. Thanks.

I can share some insights about the report's time stamp in QBO.
QBO report settings don't have the option to manually set the time zone. However, I know a workaround for this. The dates and time in QBO servers are under Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Run and customize your reports once again. If you’re still having difficulty setting the time zone, I’d recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They have the tools to access your account securely and further assist you with the use of screen sharing tool.
