i have the payroll app on my mac and use the online version. i am unable to format my payroll checks for the app because after i choose alignment page and print it the next screen gives me an error. it does not give me the option to print. i have to go to the online version to print the checks every time. very frustrating. any advice is appreciated!
Let's reset your app data to start everything fresh and see if the alignment will be fine. You can do this by clicking the Help menu and choosing Reset App Data. If the same thing happens, please get in touch with our Phone or Chart support to check this further.
