Is there an Intuit Payroll product that allows a deduction to be taken only one pay date each month?

This depends on what your employee's pay schedule. For example, if the payroll schedule of your employee is Biweekly, you can add the deduction on the first paycheck, and remove it manually on the next paycheck date.
