How did you set up the Health Insurance item? Are you referring to the employee compensation other than wages also know as Fringe Benefits?
If so, this Health Insurance must be set up as additional pay item not a deduction. This way, we'll be able to report the amount in box 12 on the W-2 form. To see the list of the supported fringe benefit items please check this article: Fringe Benefits and Tax Forms.
In case you need to add this pay item in the previous paychecks, you'll need to reach out to our Payroll Support team. They'll help creating or correcting paychecks to show the amount in Box 12 on the W-2 form.
