I have just began printing payroll checks that are pre printed and the stub portion is attached. The pay stub info for that check is printed twice on the sheet. How do I get it to only print one time? Thank you, Michelle Lynn
How many stubs does your pre-printed checks have?
QuickBooks uses the format for 1 check on top and 2 stubs below. 1 stub for employee and 1 stub for employer. That's why it's printing the stub information twice.
If your checks only have 1 stub, then they are not designed to work with QuickBooks. Any voucher style checks designed to work with QuickBooks have 2 stubs.
