I was on the phone for over 10 hours the other day because my quickbooks would not open. I had an idiot that started deleting files on my computer to point I couldn't even try to re-install windows as my dvd was deactivated. Then I GOT HUNG UP ON!! I called back and finally got a gal that was finally able to get it open under a different user. Today I get a call from a tax client and go to log into tax software and cannot get into it. I am one pissed off person right now and want to know what quickbooks is going to do because I am so irate right now that am considering filing a lawsuit against quickbooks. I am sending a notice to the Iowa Attorney General's office as this is costing me lots of money!! Govern yourselves accordingly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
