I'm here to provide information about paying taxes in QuickBooks Online.

 

In order to electronically file and pay taxes, you'll need to set up your account.

 

Here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Click Taxes in the left navigation menu, then go to Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Edit your e-file and e-pay setup link.
  3. Choose the E-file and e-pay and the states you want to enroll.
  4. Connect your bank automatically, if prompted or connect your bank using account and routing numbers.
  5. E-sign the authorization forms.

Once done, you'll be notified if there's anything else that you must do to finish the set up.
