W-2 Copy A and W-3 Printing

How do you align the text on W-3 forms? I am using quickbooks preprinted forms and when I adjust for alignment in one box, the alignment in another box is messed up.

Let's start by downloading and running the PDF Repair Tool, Kim23. The PDF & Print Repair Tool will help you if you're having trouble with anything concerning PDF file inside of QuickBooks Desktop. Next we need to check the compatibility of your printer driver.

Here's how:

1.     Check your printer manufacturer's website to download and re-install the latest print driver.
2.     Open Devices and Printers and check which printer is installed.
3.     If the driver of your printer is PCL6 print driver, install the PCL5 print driver.
4.     If the PCL5 print driver doesn't work, try downloading and installing a Post Script print driver.

Thank you for taking the time to reply! The community is such a valuable resource! 

The issue was Adobe PDF Reader was not my default reader. Once I downloaded and made Adobe the default reader, the problem was fixed.
