direct deposit

an employee gave the incorrect bank account info for direct deposit. 

I've waited a month for it to cancel but it's blocking me from fixing it or entering the correct information.

how do I clear this up?

I appreciate you for trying to fix this issue on your end. Since you're unable to do so, I recommend contacting our Desktop Payroll Team. They'll be able to pull up and verify your account and use the necessary tools to change the incorrect direct deposit bank account.

 

Here's how you can get in touch with them:

  1. Go to this link https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/?infosrc=qs&service=16.
  2. Click Payroll.
  3. Click View Contact Info.
