If you're using the Desktop version of QuickBooks, these steps will get you there:
1. Press the F1 key on your keyboard.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and click Continue.
4. From here you can choose to post here in the Community, message an agent, or set up a callback for a time that's convenient for you.
