entered incorrect bank acct in direct deposit setup

When setting up Enhanced Payroll, I inputted my bank acct number incorrectly. How can I change it, or delete it and start over?

I cant verify the acct, since it is incorrect.

The option to change the bank account is only available if the account is already verified. Since the account number was entered incorrectly, you’ll need to submit a Direct Deposit Bank Account Change form.

 

Once you’ve completed the form, you can send to our Payroll admin through fax (887.699.8996) or through email (SBPFCSOperations@intuit.com). Moreover, you can expect notifications in your email about the status of your request.
