pay check notes

I put notes on some of the checks (payroll) on some employees but cannot see those anywhere.  Where can I view them?  What's the point if I cannot see the notes later on!

We've received a report about this, JeffreyHall. Rest assured our engineers are working to fix it.

 

I'd suggest contacting our phone support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. You'll receive the updates through emails. 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click the ? Help icon on the upper-right of the page.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Choose either Call us or Chat with us.

Temporarily, you can add a memo after submitting your payroll:

  1. Click the Reports tab and select Paycheck List.IOP 1.JPG

     

  2. Choose the employee's paycheck and click the Edit button.IOP 2.JPG
  3. Enter the details in the Memo field.
  4. Click Save.IOP 3 and 4.JPG
