How to cancel payroll support?

Welcome to the Community. Let's get your payroll support canceled.

 

If you need to cancel your payroll support, you'll no longer be able to pay and file federal and state taxes, print W-2s and prepare for the year-end and create paychecks. However, I can provide you with easy steps on how you can cancel your payroll support.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Employees at the top menu bar.
  2.  On the drop-down list, click My Payroll Service then choose Account/Billing Info.
  3. Sign in using your Intuit Account login. The Account Maintenance page will open.
  4. In the Service Information section, select Cancel.

  1. Within your QuickBooks Desktop, click Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. In order to route you to the correct support expert, we need to know what type of question you have. Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  4. We’ll provide you a few options. You choose which one is best for you.
