Personally, I adore shopping in-store, touching fabrics, seeing the quality of goods and interacting with real people and asking questions. However, I do occasionally shop online if I am away from a store and need something quicker; it isn't always reliable though. I think we need to keep a true balance of the both. Businesses work so hard, supporting them in more ways than one will create an overall positive outcome.
