Is there a way to get QuickBooks & a WIX storefront to sync payments for Australian businesses. Every time I try to get it to work it crashes.

Is there a way to get QuickBooks & a WIX storefront to sync payments for Australian businesses. Every time I try to get it to work it crashes.

Hello there, accounts89.

 

QuickBooks Online has a list of supported third-party applications. Since WIX Storefront is not yet integrated, what you'll have to do is download those transactions. This helps you upload those payments in QuickBooks.

 

Before downloading, you'll have to check if the file format is supported by QuickBooks (QBO). Here's the list of the file format that QBO support:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)
  • Microsoft Money (OFX)

Additionally, since WIX isn't integrated with QuickBooks, this is the reason why the payments will crash every time you tried syncing them.
