If the error does not occur on all workstations, it could indicate an issue with a Windows user or a third-party application blocking QuickBooks processes, or there is an issue with the installation of the .NET Framework. If the error occurs on all computers, contact support. We recommend more than one solution for this issue. For best results, follow the solutions in the order shown.
