Clear the browser cache

Check the antivirus software
If clearing your cache doesn't work, antivirus software may be blocking the page from loading.
To test this temporarily disable your antivirus protection, reload the page, and see whether the tab is still blank.
If you've confirmed that your antivirus software is blocking the tab, consult its website or ask an IT professional how to either disable it or add exceptions to allow the QuickBooks Online Accountant ProAdvisor tab to run properly.
