In most cases, you can change your email address through Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) or within QuickBooks Online. If you're unable to log into your online account, you may need to submit an Email Change Request.
To keep your company data safe, we'll need to verify your identity before changing the email address associated with your Intuit account.
Please file an Email Change Request. Fill out the form with necessary information and attach a copy of your photo ID.
This process should be completed within 3–4 business hours (8 AM – 5 PM PT). Expect an email notification from firstname.lastname@example.org for the status of your request.
Note: Email Change Request also applies to QuickBooks Payments login email.
