QuickBooks Email Login has changed

QuickBooks Email requires you to sign in with your Intuit Account.

Note:  If you get a notification about changes to QuickBooks Email , update to the latest version of QuickBooks, then proceed with the steps below.

We've changed the sign in process for QuickBooks Email. For secure and efficient access, we ask you to sign in to your Intuit user ID to send emails when using QuickBooks Email.

  1. When you select to email your document, enter your Intuit user ID and password, if prompted.

  2. Once you sign in, you should be able to email your invoice as usual.

If you don't have an Intuit Account yet, or if you don't remember setting it up, refer to Manage your Intuit Account online. You can also set up other email services in QuickBooks Desktop using your Outlook profile or webmail provider.
