With QuickBooks Online Accountant, you can purchase apps at a discounted price for your clients and get billed for it monthly. You can choose to pass this discount to your clients or use this in your value pricing strategy.
Currently, not all apps allow existing app subscribers to seamlessly switch current billing of the Accountant Apps Program.
If you want to get the Accountant Apps discount but the app doesn’t support the billing switch, cancel the existing subscription, then repurchase thru QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Step 3: Buy and install the app
Once you purchase an app for your client, you’ll get a new Manage app subscriptions section on your Manage Wholesale Clients. This helps you keep all your client billing in one place. To view the billing for the apps you manage on behalf of your clients, take the steps below:

What happens if my credit card expires or fails?
If payment fails, you may have to pay the monthly invoices manually. See the FAQs section in Accountant Apps - FAQs and Troubleshooting.
Update credit card used for app subscriptions
When updating your billing information for the app subscription, the credit card must be of the same currency as the QuickBooks Online Accountant Firm account.
