Hey Mike (@bigmikeg92)

Good evening to you as well. Let's get you rolling.

Are you using QuickBooks Online? You can access QBO from the web and should not require a download, all you need are your Intuit Login Credentials - I am asking because of the chosen label on the post.

If you're trying to install QuickBooks Desktop, we have you covered as well Smiley Happy. Are you getting an error code? If so, which are you seeing?

The first thing you can try is the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool to resolve Microsoft .NET, MSXML, and C++ issues, it's designed to identify and automatically fix common issues.

  1. Download the QuickBooks Install DiagnosticTool.
  2. When prompted, save the file to the local Desktop.
  3. Close any open programs and run the QBInstall Tool.
Note: It may take up to 20mins to complete, depending on your internet speed and computer's performance.
  4. Restart the computer after running the tool to ensure the components are properly updated.

We can try other solutions once we know the error code.
