Getting Error 44024 when trying to add install Payroll Enhanced

I am trying to enter my license number and product number for Desktop Pro 2019 and when I get it entered under Install Payroll from Box I get the Error number 44024 stating the "product number you entered isn't a valid Payroll product number" which makes no sense because I just bought it 2 days ago.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Caretrasnports,

 

It could be your QuickBooks has an existing payroll subscription and the license was linked to the incorrect product number.

 

You'll want to contact Payroll Support to get your payroll activated. Here's how to reach us:

  1. Click https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/?service=16&infosrc=qs.
  2. Click Basic, Standard & Enhanced.
  3. Click Payroll.
  4. Click Chat with us.
