I'm here to help cancel the credit card payment collected in error in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We can simply void the sales transaction you recorded in QBO. Let me walk you through the steps:

 

1. Go to the Sales menu at the left pane, then All Sales tab.

2. Find and select the payment transaction you want to cancel.
3. Click More, then select Void.

4. Hit Yes, then OK.

Just a reminder, you need to do this before the cut-off time, 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). If you've already passed it, you need to contact our Merchant Services Team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and process the cancellation for you.
