Just installed update on Mac using Mojave and now just getting a blank screen. Help?

We've been receiving similar cases from our QuickBooks Online app users about the blank screen issue after installing update in QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are currently conducting an investigation to come up with a permanent fix.

In the mean time, we can try resetting your QuickBooks Online app. Let me walk you through how:

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Selecting Reset App Data.
  3. Then, close and re-open the app and try signing in again.

If you're still getting the same problem, I'd suggest contacting our Care Support Team. This is to obtain further information on this investigation and add you to the list of affected users. 

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Visit this link: QuickBooks Online Support.
  2. Select answers for the two prompts.
  3. Click Get Phone Number.
