Quickbooks Pro will not recognize my Adobe Reader.

Welcome to Intuit Community, sharistief.

Make sure you have the latest QuickBooks release installed and then try printing W-2s again. Let's also ensure that the .pdf extension are associated with Adobe DC:

  1. Go to Start > Settings > System > Default apps.
  2. Click Choose default apps by file type.
  3. Scroll to find .pdf and click Choose a default.
  4. Select Adobe Reader DC.

If you still see this error message even after updating to the latest release, this is likely a different PDF issue. You can follow the steps in the article to troubleshoot it further: Cannot reconcile accounts or create, print, or email .pdf files (PDF tool)
