You could only call Intuit during their business hours. You must stay awake in night (like us in Indonesia or Asia) to talk to an agent. Anyway, why do you still need a validation code? Do you want to reinstall older QuickBooks version (say 2016 - older) ?

Validation codes are created using your QuickBooks license number. Because of this, our Customer Service Department will need to verify your account information for them to get you a code.
