How do I see Invoices from last financial year?

You have 2 ways to view the invoices from the last financial year, David89. I'll show them to you.

First option is to pull up the Transaction List by Customer report, customise it to show the invoices only, then change the report period. Here's how:

1. Click Reports.
2. Enter Transaction List by Customer in the Find report by name field.
3. Click Customise, then select Filter.
4. Click the Transaction Type drop-down arrow, select Invoice, then click Run report.
5. Click the Report period drop-down arrow, then select Last Financial Year.
6. Click Run report.

Second option is to use the Advanced Search feature. Here's how:

1. Click the Magnifying Glass icon.
2. Select Advanced Search.
3. Click the Search drop-down arrow, then select Invoices.
4. Click Add Filter, then select Date Filter.
5. Under Date, select Custom, then manually enter the dates.
6. Click Apply.
