First, let's make sure your logo meets these requirements before uploading it to QuickBooks Online:
- Supported file types are.gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg.
- Logo should be smaller than 10 MB
- Have 24-bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
- Image should be square-shaped
- Image should be using the standard RGB color space
Once your logo meets the requirements, here's how you can upload it:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Company tab.
- Click the Pencil icon in the Company name section.
- Click the Plus sign (+) icon inside the box to add the logo.
- Open the logo, then click Save.
