Hi there, steve-ellis1000.

Sometimes, piled cache affects the QBO mobile app's performance. We can do troubleshooting steps to rule out any cache-related issues.

Let's clear the app's cache by following these steps:

  1. Go to the phone's settings, then select Apps.
  2. Locate the QuickBooks Online app, and then click Clear Data and Cache.

For iOS:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to General.
  3. Select Storage and iCloud Usage.
  4. Tap Manage Storage.
  5. Tap the QuickBooks app.

Then, try to view the Reconciliation Discrepancy report again. If you've installed the QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac, we can do the Reset App Data.

Here's how:

  1. Select Help.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.

You can also uninstall, re-download, and reinstall the application. Please see this article for the steps: How do I uninstall the app.

If you're getting the same result, please contact our Phone Support Team. We can investigate this further.

Here are the steps on how you can reach out to us:
