I recently used the "activities" function on a deposit. The intention was to share some info with another user regarding a specific deposit.
This is the function in the middle of the bottom half of the screen.
I had the option to "Choose a Recipient" then "write a short message about this received payment". I assumed he would receive a notification prompting him to take a look.
He did not receive anything or he does not know where to look and nor do I.
This is a really great feature that allows you to communicate more efficiently with your colleagues. I want to make sure I point you in the right direction for a resolution.
Our engineers have recently been made aware of issues with the Activities feature, noticing that it isn't sending notifications to other users. They're working diligently to implement a permanent fix, and they'll have the feature working properly as soon as possible. I'm confident this will be sorted out in no time.
