Problem logging into QBO with Google Chrome

Whenever I login to QBO using Chrome I get the 'Lets make sure its you' display and I have to change my password. Once logged in I can use QBO as normal. However when I logout and log back in again I get the same message and have to change my password. I have cleared cache and cookies and also tried the incognito mode, but still get the same issue.

Using IE or FireFox does not give this issue.

Thank you for your question. Can we just check do you have  you password saved by the browser or a third party app on your computer?
