I am trying to set up a new company file because my previous one is a mess. I'd like to get it right this time so wondering if anyone else is using QB for their vending business. Ours is super complicated it seems, because we have vending machines, micro markets and OCS. The first two being cash. I use a VMS for most of the operation but need quickbooks to handle income and expenses, payroll, credit cards, and bank accounts/loans. I don't need to use it to track inventory or sales tax. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
