Since you're able to login through Internet Explorer, it's possible the Chrome browser's cache is causing this to happen. As an overview; A typical browser uses a cache of memory to work efficiently and load pages faster. However, as data collects it can cause unexpected results.
You need to first login to a private browser:
If you're able to login and see the QuickBooks Online homepage transactions in the private browsing session, please go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
Here's an article to guide you through the process: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?
Once done, close and re-open the browser, log back into your QuickBooks Online account.
These steps can generally help get you back to business.
Be sure to update me here on the results of your testing, I want to ensure this matter gets resolved.
