I would like to schedule recurring invoices from estimates so that my customers can pay me in installments (for example in 12 payments).
I can create an invoice from an estimate, but when I try to make it a recurring invoice, I get this message: "Creating a recurring template will remove the linked transactions."
Obviously, that defeats the purpose of making it a recurring invoice, since it won't bill the remaining balance in installments.
Is there a way to do this?
QuickBooks allows you convert an estimate to an invoice. However, the system doesn't have an option to make recurring invoices out from an estimate. I'll take note of your feedback and personally send it to our engineers.
