I can't seem to update my Mac version of Quickbooks. The error I get reads,
"QuickBooks can’t be updated when it’s running from a read-only volume like a disk image or an optical drive. Move QuickBooks to your Applications folder, relaunch it from there, and try again."
I have tried moving and relaunching. I tried downloading Chrome versus Safari.
I currently show, in the applications folder, an alias QB, application QB and then the business as a QuickBooks Company file. I've moved them all out of applications folder and relaunched. No luck.
Any other help is appreciated.
