Can we disconnect the connection with ATO for elodgement from QuickBooks?

No, unfortunately, we do not have a disconnect button in QuickBooks Online. But you can disconnect from Access Manager:

 

  1. Sign into Access Manager: https://am.ato.gov.au/
  2. Select My hosted SBR software service and select Extractor.
  3.  Select disconnect QBO.

No, unfortunately, we do not have a disconnect button in QuickBooks Online. But you can disconnect from Access Manager:
