Let's change the name of the transactions in the Bank Feed Center. This way, the transactions will be out from the employee file. To do this, just go to the mistakenly recorded transactions then change the name to record them correctly.
Go to the Banking menu and choose Bank Feeds.
Choose Bank Feed Center.
Select the associated bank account, then click the Transaction list button.
Click the transaction and change the payee name in the PAYEE column.
Also, if the transactions are in the Credit Card Activities page, kindly follow the steps below:
Go to the Vendors menu.
Choose Vendor Center.
Click the Transactions and choose Credit Card Activities.
Change the name in the PURCHASE FROM drop-down.
Click Save & Close.
