Desktop Pro 2017 need to move to a new computer. Migration tool not working. Download link provided by qb help is not working. where can i get the download files? Currently on Windows 7 Pro moving to Windows 10 Pro. I've made sure i run programs as adminitrator... migration tool gives the "something is wrong" error..

Since the migration tool is not working, you can manually install your QuickBooks Desktop in a different computer as long as you have the copy of the license number and product code.
Before doing so, make sure to create a back up of the QuickBooks Desktop company file on the old computer and restore it to the new computer to add the company/transactions or information.
