Does the host computer have to be on 1st?

We're using QB Enterprise Desktop and are set up in multi-user. Does the host computer have to be turned on first before any other user can access and use QB?

Yes absolutely - whatever machine is the 'data host' has be running. Not sure if boot order matters - but probably does - so start the host first and then leave it running. Note that the 'data host' might be separate from the workstations.
