When sending customers my estimates or invoices, is there a way to add a separate page or letter to the email? Such as a news letter.

For now, there's no option to add a separate page or letter when sending email in QuickBooks. You can attach the news letter so that it'll be included in the invoice instead. Here's how:

  1. Open the invoice or estimate.
  2. Click on Attach File.
  3. Browse a file.
  4. Click on Done.
  5. Send the invoice/estimate via email.
