I'm using a POS system where all my sales reports will be stored at the backend system. I would like to sync the data to QBO however I'm getting the error Found unmatched product.
This is because I have already deleted the product at my backend POS system. Is it possible to add back the product at my POS system, import the products to QBO then sync the shift reports from my backend system to QBO?

Currently, QBO doesn't support syncing the data from the POS system, which is also the reason why you're getting the Found unmatched product error.
As a workaround, you can manually import the file. The supported file types are CSV (Comma Separated Values) and XLS/XLSX. Make sure to meet the format and mapping requirement to avoid data issues.
