Have set up sub accounts for the Chase credit card and now the account balance has doubled. How do I correct this? I've already reconciled, but still have this balance.

The parent account will show the total of all the subaccounts. It is not likely doubled up. The total account balance would only be doubled up if you entered transaction to both the subaccount and the parent account.
