The date format in QuickBooks depends on the date format in your System Preferences. You can close QuickBooks and open that setting. Then, change the format to DD / MM / YY. After that, reopen the QuickBooks and continue working on your company file.

I´ve tried that and it doesn´t work for the invoices. The other things such as Bank Accounts and Reports have the format DD/MM/YY. There´s a way to change it in QB directly?
The same as mentioned by my colleague above, there aren't any preferences for your date format in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
In the meantime, you can verify and rebuild your company file consider only your invoices date isn't affected of the changes in your preferences. Here's how:
